Cooking With Love
Chef Alex has been cooking for over 20 years.
Based out of South Lake Tahoe, Chef Alex started his career in various restaurants in Manhattan, NYC. He worked at numerous restaurants including the Michelin-starred Breslin in the Ace Hotel, the bib gourmand-recognized Northern Spy Food Co, and in Soho at the Thompson Hotel.
After moving to San Francisco in 2014, Chef Alex began working at the 1 Michelin Star restaurant, Commonwealth where he fell in love with modern cuisine and tasting menu service.
Today Chef Alex lives in Lake Tahoe with his wife and two children. He enjoys cooking multicourse menus for clients from all over the world and would love to cook for you during your visit!
